We determine the rehoming fee depending on the line/lineage of each rats. This doesn’t make any of them more or less special.
Prices are based on the cost and time it's taken to obtain, test, breed, raise, and develop each individual line based on complexity of genes or the rarity of markings.
Our rehoming fees start at $25, and increase based on patterning, coat type, and difficulty to produce in our rattery. Varieties like Hairless, Longhair and Dwarf are less commonly available and their fee reflects their rarity.

We specialize in Dumbo Eared rats. Our babies are weaned at 4 weeks old, then separated into gender specific cages where they live together with all of the other weaned babies. This allows you to be able to pick from any same gendered rats, regardless of relation/ages without fear of fighting!
Our available rats typically range from 4 to 12 weeks old. We choose to rehome rats between these ages to give their new families the best chance of bonding with their rats while they are young.
New rats may be shy when bring them home due to having only known me their entire lives. We suggest allowing a settling-in period (at least a few days) before handling your new rats to allow them to get accustomed to the new environment.

I do not adopt out solo rats. This is non-negotiable. Rats must be adopted in same sex pairs or groups. Even if you have rats already, young rats need same age company. They have higher energy levels and are more active than adult rats. Introducing rats into a new place can also be stressful, having a friend to rely on for comfort can be extremely beneficial and ease the process.
